1. Constitutes a separate and independent ground for removal under Article 146(1);
2. Amounts to a constitutional offence, enforceable under Article 2(1) and (2);
3. Subverts judicial authority and erodes the supremacy of the Constitution.

A constitutional democracy cannot survive if its highest judicial officer retains the right to selectively obey constitutional provisions. We either live under constitutional rule or we do not.

It’s believed she is a good lawyer in intellectual circles and standing. Probably a Christian by her professing John 3:16 but has maybe swayed off from her Christian principles to aligning herself with politics hence became partisan leaning more to NPP which unfortunately became unpopular and fell because they wouldn’t listen to the Ghanaian public.
Is not too late whatever the case. Run back to your roots (Christianity). CHRIST IS THE ANSWER.
