This is saint Gyampo the cavorter, patron saint of all lecherous men in government positions. It is unfortunate that this lecher is attending meetings of the international maritime organization (IMO) in London and other places. Ghana is held in high esteem at the IMO due to the work of Dr Kofi Mbiah, former CEO of the Ghana Shippers Authority. Dr Mbiah chaired the Legal Committee of the organization for years and performed outstandingly. Ghana’s representative to the IMO has been appointed as the personal assistant to the Secretary General of the Organization.
The first thing the other delegates will do when they hear gyampo’s name will be to google him. And they will be met by his sex for grades reputation.

Gyampo should not be appointed to head the Dogcatchers’ Council!
