Please the galamsey fight is everybody fight. It is a national problem. It has taken years to wreck this country of galamsey menace. Everybody was doing it. Chiefs were recommending galamsey as jobs for the boys. Dog chain sellers at Accra left for their hometowns in Ashanti, Eastern, Central, Western, Bono regions to do galamsey to build one or two rooms for their parents in the villages. It will take us years to eliminate galamsey once and for all. May the good Lord help us. Thank you.

There is a spot infront of my house where you could count over 10 excavators parked every day. Now, they have disappeared. I never hear the sound of chanfangs at night. Please, JDM is doing his best.
