Akuffo Addo's first batch of 4 appiontees of Supreme Court judges came after almost 2 years of his presidency. That's Dec 2018. John Mahama just 6 months 7 judges going to the Supreme Court and NDC people see this as great. ...

Akuffo Addo's first batch of 4 appiontees of Supreme Court judges came after almost 2 years of his presidency. That's Dec 2018. John Mahama just 6 months 7 judges going to the Supreme Court and NDC people see this as great. Yes in all Akuffo Addo appointed 18 judges in 8years to the Supreme Court, but at no point that, the active judges at the Supreme Court exceeded 18.
Now if the 7 judges are sworn in today it means, the active judges at the SC would be 19, excluding the suspended CJ.
Mind you Mahama as president has so far also appointed 11 judges to the SC, that's 4 in his first time and now 7 in six months in his second term, and all things being equal he might ending equalling Akuffo Addo's record. That shows you that they are all politicians with their interest first.
And nobody should come here and tell us that, he is replacing soon to retire judges. Hell no, because the next SC judge to retire is the ACTING CJ BAFFOE BONNIE and that is in December 2026.
