If the court allows and those historical funds transfers are different from how he did it, then, it is proven he made fraudulent deals with his different ways of funds transfers.

I think the removal of the CJ has put fear in many of the judges and so many of them are not objective in their ruling. By the financial management act, financial records are to be kept for ten years and so, at least, financial records from 2015 should have been added to what the AG provided but that wasn't done. What is the AG and the judge trying to hide. This is a miscarriage of justice indeed. At least, justice must be seen to be done but in this case, justice has not been seen to be done.

Financial records are supposed to be kept for ten years according to the financial management act and if the sitting judge were to be fair, they should have ordered the AG to provide records from 2015 but because of fear of removal, the the judge put their objective lens away. Why is the accused demanding the financial statement. It is possible such scandals have been the norm from time immemorial and Atta Akyea wanted to invoke the principle of precedence. Now, if the judge had agreed we would have had the opportunity to nip the problem in the bud forever.
