  Have we now realized? Some bigwigs have already benifitted hugely from ii and still benefitting. I remember when drilling started in during Atta Mill's tenure, a Norwegian expert at a conference told the nation that we have to get it right in the measurement other than that we would lose substantially. In the light of this his country is ready to offer expertise support in this direction. Did we heed to his advice. Our leaders are not sincere.
