  The NDC converted all our technical colleges into universities. They said then that it was the best thing ever. And now the party sees thees the for TVETs? Why do we elect dimwits like NDC into power to come and mess us up each time? I blame Akufo Addo for allowing his good work to succumb to idiotic and sinister IMF driven policies. We seem not to learn from and insulate against IMF's regime change agendas.
