Now my contributions are that the politicians should are the major cause of Ecg loss
1 people are not paying for the numerous meters distributed by politicians during election periods this runs across all governments since JJ time and ecg should find critical experts to solve that
2 ecg should check their own workers for make illegal connection
3 new meters must be available and properly installed and zones should be delineated and given to specified
Institutions and companies who must be accountable
4 new meters must always be available and easily installed within the quickest possible time and only prepaid
5 ecg activities must be electronic

Soon the number would go down. "illegalities will abound when legalities are punishable"
A meter caught fire during a thunderstorm six months ago and was reported to ECG but instead of replacement they still keep billing that meter number highly and record it as actual reading.
