Every Ghanaian should be cautious in their joy over the fate of the CJ, because it exposes us all to tyrants in future. On a second note, the CJ is talking about her human rights. It is therefore strange as to why she will not go to the High Court instead of the SC, where her colleagues have abandoned her to seek their own ambitions. Anyway till another day when another President dismisses all the SCA Judges, I say adios.

It seems to have no trust for everything about the hearing including the panel members, the venue, the mode of conduction of the hearing, the rules being applied and you seek to bring the hearing to an abrupt end using the courts without success.

Almost all your applications in court have fallen out and it is a sign that your pals at the bench are getting fed up.

Even those of us who do not know law have found a big problem with your actions so far, including your press conference to court public sympathy and the statement that the hearing must be conducted in public with the press in attendance.

You know very well that the law prescribes an in-camera hearing to safeguard and protect the sanctity of the office of the Chief Justice.

You may be destroying any legacy that you have built over the years with your career if you don't stop those legal gymnastics.

Your actions so far are helping you to court sympathy from the opposition which may compromise your neutrality as the head of the apex court.

If you're cleared of the charges levelled against you, which is possible, you may find it uncomfortable to go back to your job because you have shown publicly that any case involving any Ghanaian that have served in the PNDC will go against him matter the evidence adduced.
