Obesity and lack of exercise could lead to diabetes which could also affect potency. Most probably there are many men who are suffering from MS and Prostate Cancer without being away of it.

  How come that the Doctor in the program never mentioned the diseases specified in Charles's article above? Is she not aware of them? It will not surprise me that there are many men in the country who are suffering from MS and Prostate Cancer without being aware of it. I am not a medical person but I doubt that bicycling could lead to Erectile Dysfunction (ED). If that is the case then ED would have been very common in the Netherlands, China and the Scandinavian countries.
