It is conceivable that Ashie Moore would use a Government Contract claim to entice a foreigner to supply him goods. The man arrived in the country after supplying part of the cables but Ashie Moore wouldn’t pay. Instead, he turns around to say the Investor owes him 3 million dollars.

I wouldn't be surprised if the later is the case. Can you imagine just one politician having 3 million USD at home? How much is held by the rest? When the Cecilia Dapaah case broke it was these same people making the most noise and yet they're all doing same or may be worse. The politicians hide dollars at home and later blame each other for the poor performance of the local currency on their opponents. Cry mother Ghana.
