  Dr Apaak, explain to us working in real life and paying our taxes every month. A student goes to a teacher training college to do a degree in education, get his or her first year school fees paid, get his monthly allowance paid into his account and has access to interest free loans too. After taking all these freebies , he goes to South Africa to teach after 4 years of your free money. Is this fair to we the tax payers?

  There is no electricity and schools in Mr. Apaaks birth placear are still under trees and he is busy promoting e-learning.. Why is it that Ghana cannot deal with its problem locally and every agenda is carried out because other world organizations are demanding things we are not yet ready for. Let our leaders from the North not forget that it was in these villages they came from and are afraid to stimulate the educational standards we badly need in the North. All the northern politicians hardly visit the constituencies that voted them into public service . What a shame. Northern Ghana is about a hundred years behind Southern Ghana in all aspects of development even though we have had Vice Presidents, Presidents and House Speakers of parliament who do not seem too care for their own people.YEN
