Please change admissions to medical schools. All students admitted to all medical schools should have a college degree. This would make them matured before entering medical school. These students should learn how to be college student before entering medical schools and would learn more about anatomy and physiology before entering medical schools, so that they can stop killing our people. They are in matured when they enter medical school at the moment. And they graduate still not matured because they didn't learn how hard it is to enter medical school. The American system is the best. This is because a student could be good in secondary school but could not cope with studying hard in college to be admitted into medical school.

Thank you, President Mahama for doing the right thing. University of Ghana Medical Centre was purposely built with the help of Prof Atta Mills and the NDC to serve as the teaching hospital for the University of Ghana Medical School.. But NPP government came into office by doing the opposite. The NPP government refused to handover the UGMC on the University of Ghana land to the university and its medical school to manage.. NPP government just sent its party members who are medical doctors to the UGMC to run under the Minister of Health.. All over the world, every medical school has its teaching hospital on its campus and not the present arrangement where students are transported from UG campus to Korle Bu teaching hospital for medical education.. Ghana should learn from the rest of the world and do the right thing for medical education in the country.
