Everybody else in that country will need visa to enter Ghana, and all sub-Saharan African countries should have that policy

Americans receive Ghana visas for a maximum of 2 years for a multiple entry visa. With a maximum 60 days in the country. USA was giving Ghana citizens 5 year multiple entry visas. Ghana wasn’t doing the right thing. Simple.
