@ A Ghanaian, they can't put everyone on prepaid currently until we have network everywhere. Even in parts of Accra, we still have network problems, and you find it difficult to buy power at times.

Prepaid is the solution to this massive problem of non-payment. Lesson here: common prostitutes are more efficient in prepaid collection than the ECG of Ghana.
ECG you know the 20% of your prepaid customers who owe you 80 % and above. Go straight to them bcos for now most homes and small businesses are on postpaid.
You always say this and nothing happens. You are inefficient and corrupt. Customers who pay promptly are targeted to pay for the inefficiency of ECG.
Check the bills of those Lebanese and Indians in industrial area. Their factories consume more power than their bills reflect , because ECG officials take money from them and reduce their unit consumptions before the final bi ...
