Registering the excavators is a positive step but meaningless unless trakers are also placed on them to monitor their movements. However, a better idea would be to ban anymore imports.
What are all these excavators doing in Ghana apart from Galamasy?
Don't just register them, tag them electrically so that you can track them 24/7, to monitor their use.
