Imagine this: Ken Agyapong was on TV bragging about arm-twisting the Police Administration to give him 1000 slots for his friends and family behind the scenes, then later asking the Ghana Armed Forces to do the same, and when they refused, he attacked their Public Relations officer! That same twisted-mind Agyapong confessed to always asking former President Kufuor to give jobs to those he recommended.

Now, if you calculated Kufuor's eight years, and Nana Addo's eight years that he was virtually the president, the amount of unqualified people he alone pushed into the system must have gone beyond 20,000! Do you realize the damage he did to Ghana, you arsehole?

Passing by yesterday morning around 8am I saw them on parade and the number is certainly no less than 200-300 personnel. When I asked one officer he said they are the new recruits for Ashanti Region. I just hope all of them are genuinely recruited into the service, but not the issual political recruitment by the new govt. And come to think of it we were told during the Kejetia fire outbreak recently that Ashanti Regional fire service has less than 10 functional fire tenders, so how effective would these new recruits would be if the tools to work with are not provided. Whenever I see round and even numbers in a report it most likely is an estimate. As seen by the article 500, 320 etc none of the numbers is an odd number. This is just an observation and not an indictment on the article.
