  PTAS AND OLD STUDENTS ASSOCIATIONS WERE NOT ABOLISHED. CHECK FROM THE SCHOOLS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE SUPPORT SYTEM OF ALMOST ALL SCHOOLS. SCHOOLS WITHOUT VIBRANT ASSOCIATIONS SUFFER

  PTA should not be a conduit for school authorities to siphon money from parents. Unnecessary levies always being imposed on parents shouldn't be the case this time around. Rich parents should not be allowed to hijack the PTAs. PTA dues should also be on parents and not on the children, it is only levies that shouldbe on 5he children. Again teachers should also pay dues, because they are part of the Association.
