  Stop caning our children at schools. It is primitive and a barbaric way of raising children. No wonder our children grow up to be timid because they were brought up in a ruthless and a suppreesive manner. There is a law prohibiting caning but as usual no one enforced the law. We will never I repeat NEVER develop if don't enforce the laws governing us.
