EVERY DEVELOPED COUNTRY FROM THE TIME OF ANCIENT ROMAN CIVILISATION TO THE PRESENT MADE GREAT ECONOMIC PROGRESS ONLY AFTER BUILDING AN EXTENSIVE NETWORK OF GOOD ROADS. This will obviously take time to achieve but it is is a great start.
Building roads is very boring and mundane but is the key to the economic prosperity of every nation. Rail transport ,water transports will all follow later at the right time. Air transport (building airports) while prestigious will not have a measurable impact on the living standards of Ghanaians. Again airports will come when the basic transportation infrastructure is already in place.
