  That is exactly the amount we're borrowing from the IMF to shore up our economy. We really need to invest in, and build up the agric sector. Why must so much dollars fly out of the country when we have so much arable land?

  Feed Ghana my foot. Those are the instructions the world bank and IMF have been issuing to our leaders for years. "We will give you the money alright but do not grow not even one grain of maize or corn. In fact do not grow anything but keep importing and be good boys and girls". And our foolish leaders will bow with a "yes boss" response.
