To call Jantuah a moron is an accolade he doesn’t deserve. Men are aggressive but when it comes to intelligence, women are the best and more observant. Has this maggot tried to find out as an Akan why the Queenmother is consulted and must approve who should be a Chief if there is going to be an enstoolment or even a destoolments of a Chief? They are more intelligent and observant. As an Akan has he ever heard that of a very important decision is about to be taken, those taking the decision go into a reserved room saying YEN NKOBISA ABERRWA but not YEN NKOBISA AKOKORAWA( translated literally as let us go into a recess and inquire from the Old Lady but never an Old Man). Women know the bad among children in the house and their bad activities. When men are busy at local drinking spots, gulping APIO and NSA FUFUO and getting boozed. When men go out at night to their Girlfriends, is it not women who control and manage the house?
If a young girl becomes pregnant in the house, it is the women who identify it first. The men who always come home drunk only realize a pregnancy after the Belly of a Pregnant one or girl has become very swollen. Women are more intelligent than men when it comes to taking care of the family. The unfortunate thing about women is that they like to gossip unnecessarily about issues, especially in matters that do not even involve them and their families.

Mothers give sound advice too because they want the best for their children. I don't know any good mother who doesn't. Fathers are great advisers but they don't have absolute wisdom. For example, why is our society replete with more irresponsible fathers than mothers? And in that instance, it's the mothers who always rise to the occasion. How then could such fathers be thought to have any wisdom at all and mothers be bereft of any? So that assumption i believe is very wrong.
