Hmmmn, today's students! Why will you record your colleague without his consent? Per GES rules, are senior high school students allowed to carry mobile phones to school? The fact that the Bawku boy readily had a knife in his pocket is another matter, maybe because he's from Bawku, he's trained to be battle ready 24/7/. The Bulenga boy should blame himself for his current predicament. In the meantime, we wish him speedy recovery.

2) it is not an offence to record a person in a public space. You don't need anyones permission to do so. However, what you do with the recording may not be acceptable. Many crimes have been solved by such recordings.
