  The scholarship Secretariat is one of the most corrupt government institutions in Ghana. I know some students who have completed their studies in the UK returned to Ghana and the Secretariat owes them. What a disgrace. Meanwhile rumours are flying around in London that some past officials of the Secretariat have bought properties in London and rented them out to Ghana students.Ghanaians and corruption? Very endemic!!!.

  When she was the Education Minister. Packed the scholarship awards to his family and friends and left the deserving students abroad holding empty cans and being chased from their schools.
  
  For instance all 3 of Naan Jane Opoku's children were given these awards when they did not even deserve it. Isn't it strange that nobody is asking any question how come all 3 of her children got Schorlaships from the Secretarit when she was the Education Minister whilst others were struggling to get their allowances. She corruptily packed the scholarships for friends and family!

You cannot have free SHS, free first year admission fees and still sponsor rich people children to go outside the country to study. Ghana has enough universities to train the required human resources for development. We don't need the scholarship secretariate. Cancel it please

  Talk to the nation and it's scholars about printing of materials of national value abandoned in collages and universities. Reset applies to the Scholarship Secretariat too. You can generate your own funds.
