The NPP had 8 years to prove its allegation in court. It couldn't because it was a plot to collapse competition to Ken Ofori Attah's Data Bank. The NPP made up allegation to harassed & collapse Paa Kwesi Ndoum bank as well

Of course, the various appointees who have been charged for various infractions or malfeasance can rest assured. Investigations and procedures will go on for a maximum of eight years. There will be a change in government then presto, all charges dropped, acquitted and discharged. Politics in Ghana is the ultimate investment. To young men aspiring to get rich, join a political party. Make sure you are seen by being very vocal and insulting. You're guaranteed to make it in a maximum of 8years. It does not matter if the party is in power or in opposition. Look around, the evidence is there staring you in the face. Good luck.

Cases like this are bound to happen again if people are not criminally held liable for stuffs like this. The constitutional review MUST be changed to place the burden on the accused to prove his innocence in corruption cases.... Just like the laws in Japan and other nations with lower rate of public corruption or causing financial lose to the state.

Can't you read? The court concluded that the govt could not substantiate any of the allegations. They just made up allegation to collapse the bank. They did the same with Paa Kwesi Ndoum's bank as well.

Then those who collapsed the banks should stand trial as they didn't do a good job and caused financial loss.
