  It's good to continue and finish on-going projects but I think there's a continuous neglect of the northern part of the country. It's not good for any country to continousely neglect some parts and concerntrate in few areas. ...

  It's good to continue and finish on-going projects but I think there's a continuous neglect of the northern part of the country. It's not good for any country to continousely neglect some parts and concerntrate in few areas. Looking at the list one can see that most of the projects are concerntrate around Accra, Ashanti and Volta. When will the others be considered? Why can't there be a bridge on the Volta River at Yeji to link the north and the south? There's no modern teaching hospital in the whole of the north. That's wrong. The north also needs infrastructure. There's no single Agricultural project, like irrigation on the whole list. There's need for further review.
