The law is not truth in case you don't know. This is why a guilty person can be freed by law at the same time an innocent person can be jailed or even sentenced to death by the same law.

You cannot restrict the movement of a person (as per suspended CJ Araba Torkornoo's pleadings on the grounds of human rights) if the person has not committed a crime, violated a law or adjudged in a court of law that it is so. The judge can issue summons requiring the accused, Kevin Taylor, to appear before the court in a given time period.

Unfortunately, the language used by the judge, calling a free man a scoundrel implies bias and prejudgement. It is the case that the SC justices sited reasons by justices who under Ms Torkornoo's supervision let go the contempt case brought against hon Kennedy Agyapong.

NPP folks must read, become learned, acquire wisdom and logical thought processing and then come live amongst civilized communities.
