WHAT HAPPENED TO NANA'S AGENDA 111 AND YOUR DARLING AMEWU'S OTI REGION?
P/NDC have been in power for 27yrs 7months,why couldn't they build a hospital for them?Mahama himself has done 4yrs already.I'm sure he took in some Alcohol b4 making that self defeatist statement.

Mahama unfortunately inherited the uncompleted AGENDA III hospitals problem, but if he is not careful he will end up owning the problem as well. He needs to be more proactive about this Adenda III uncompleted hospitals issue.
Blame stupid Akuffo Addo for creating a regions without thinking further
Akuffo came to meet Ghana at 60 with 88 districts not having hospitals and initiated Agenda 111 ,if hospitals are build in 2 years why at 88 districts didn't have.
