Speaking for myself, this is not true. Though there has been a reduction of prices it is just so small to be that substantial Some thing are just the way they are. The old prices quoted are just not true.

Bit prices of Cement stand still and why all this? Just yesterday I bought sol Cement for ghc 113 and Ghacem for ghc 115

There was no Dumsor levy under Npp but there is under Ndc, Electricity tariffs has been increased to 17 % and water 4% under NDC. Although dollar is down but cement prices are high. Q-net government.
