    Our TCDA pricing of rubber contributes to the smuggling. Look at the price early this year it was 12,500 Cedis now the TCDA set this July price at 6100 Cedis for lump cup. Why will the farmers not sell it to the smugglers

    You are so right. A tonnage of 1000 kilos was sold at 12,500 cedis but the introduction of this law has brought it to 6,100 cedis. The painful part is at this current price you the farm owner is left with nothing after deduct ...

    If I have my own rubber plantation and decide to export my rubber cup lumps for better money what should stop me from doing that.
