Our TCDA pricing of rubber contributes to the smuggling. Look at the price early this year it was 12,500 Cedis now the TCDA set this July price at 6100 Cedis for lump cup. Why will the farmers not sell it to the smugglers

there is nothing like raw rubber being smuggle in western region.Whoever gave this information don't know what is talking about.
We are failing ourselves 24hr economy with exportation of raw materials we are joking
If I have my own rubber plantation and decide to export my rubber cup lumps for better money what should stop me from doing that.
