Too many illegal things going on in Ghana. Look at the road parallel to spintex road...where TB Joshua's church is. Tax payers money to build a road...the whole road has been turned into a parking lot for 2 churches... and the Lekma police station is just down the road...
Who is in charge of this country? Lawlessness is too much.
People get away with everything. On the same road ...shops are being built ....On a major road.. little or no place to park and no exit point..How do they get permits?
Next we have to look at all the road side shops. Some of them should really not be on certain major roads. Can we please just have some order in our beautiful country

So, indeed, if the authorities that be can help this area and ALL other areas by managing our urban growth in a civil, calculated manner it would be great. Wouldn't it be nice for folks to say that our (elusive) town planners are doing their job. That,to some extent, is what civilisation encompasses... orderly clean safe cities. When we had Chiefs as Authorities in charge of their various areas, there was orderliness in every aspect of our lives. They used their brains to develop their areas. They were just too patriotic, thinking about the future of the land. They weren’t reckless and selfish. We kept referring to them as ABAGYIMI BRE simply because they did not have any formal education. Today, with all our titles, Prof this Dr that, let’s look at the state of the country. What we have done to ourselves. Yes, with our so-called degrees etc, look at the extent of damage done to our water bodies, land, etc. A single road: Accra-Kumasi road has NEVER been completed ever since I first travelled on the road back in 1966 when going to Secondary School in the Eastern Region. Construction work was going on at Atwedie, some 12 or so miles from Konongo. Only God knows when this single road will ever be completed. I need not talk about other roads. It’s an endless list. Nothing has changed for the better. Just go to Kumasi, a place named Garden City and you will vomiit. Well, no end in sight at all.

The law in Ghana requires of all tertiary institutions in the country to be accredited; the agency for accreditation is using its enforcement and oversight powers to bring fake schools into compliance.
A different state institution has oversight authority over liquor and beverage production.
How and why should the use of honorary degrees or fake degrees hamper emforcement of accreditations?
