  WHO OWNS SAID LANDS AND WHO IS SELLING THEM? If the land is private like family land OR THE CHIEF OWN property, I guess they have right to sell not so? if it is government land then yes, it's sure a deferent story. Government ...

If the land is private like family land OR THE CHIEF OWN property, I guess they have right to sell not so? if it is government land then yes, it's sure a deferent story. Government cannot claim private land as Enviromental land without compensating the landowners.

  REGSEC should not only focus on Tema Ramsar sites but DODOWA and it surroundings before is too late. Nevertheless, Assembly find it difficult to handle the situation.
