The company is a legal entity by itself and the C.E.O is an individual recognise as such too by law. The private transactions of a C.E.O cannot be linked to the company necessarily.

Then the attorney general is quite stupid for charging Adu Boahen for dealing in stolen cars . If he is a bonafide purchaser who bought the car at good value then why charge him for dealing in stolen cars .
The AG is very stupid. He does do proper investigations before opening his mouth wide. Due diligence is required in his position.
