The write up accompanying the judgment smacks of a paid for planted story with a deliberate slant.
The SC opined in this judgment that dismissing the application by Teiko Tsuru wud mean engaging in glorifying illegalities. SC therefore acknowledges that removing Adama Latse's name by the National House of Chiefs without giving him a hearing was an illegality hence it wud not perpetuate same illegality on Teiko Tsuru who had also not been given a hearing by the HC before it made orders for the restoration of Adama Latse's name which wud have meant the removal of Teiko Tsuru's name. Simple!!

Ghana Supreme Court is purely a political organization. The political parties pack the court with their own paid political members masquerading as judges whenever they come to power. This ensures favourable rulings for the party in power all the time. I can guarantee you that if NPP comes to power, every single one of those judges appointed to the Supreme Court by Mahama will be fired instantly. This “game” of political retribution will continue unabated.
