If u care to know, he said he was being hosted under national security protection at the official residence (a state facility) built for every vice president of Ghana to stay in. The current veep isn't residing in that facility because she has chosen to stay in her own private residence.
That building (where Kevin stayed) according to Paul, was where the former JM used to stay and wanted to be given to him as part of his retirement package, but the state refused. That property hasn't been occupied since Bawumia left there. That's where Kevin was being kept under the protection of state security, according to Paul, so where from the diversion by Ama Pratt and the Veep's office? Smh!
