Most of the luxury vehicles shipped to Ghana from Canada and the USA are stolen. Ghanaian crooks in Ghana send their Ghanaian representatives in these two countries what vehicles to ship to Ghana; these Ghanaian representatives then forward those requests to American and Canadian chop shop operators who specialize in stealing such luxury cars; money is exchanged; the cars are stolen and and vin numbers altered at the chop shop before being handed to the Ghanaian representatives for shipment to Ghana where these cars already have buyers lined up for them. Once in Ghana, many of these stolen cars are usually repainted. Many of these criminal Ghanaians in the USA and Canada engaged in this criminal enterprise are now languishing in prisons in those countries. Land of corruption and criminality, indeed.
