  Such Homeless Shelters should not be allowed and encouraged. We are not in California where such Shelters are almost everywhere in the night especially. We have the Police and Soldiers around there. Send them to go and destroy and burn such Shelters. We don’t have to wait for them to get out of hands. Let such Homeless people be aware that the Soldiers are being sent there and they will vacate immediately. Keep the Soldiers at such places occasionally and give them the orders to destroy and burn such structures. No such Homeless People and their shelters will be found.
  I know that such people have Hometowns. What are they doing in Accra if they have no jobs and places to sleep. Let them go to their Hometowns and engage in some Farming. Keep them in Accra and they will end up becoming very serious and violent criminals. Send them away now.
