Govt is owing contractors too.
Govt must pay with compound interest.
Former attorney general brought a law to stop paying compound interest.
Only simple interest.
Which fool will borrow monies and pay compound interest only to be paid back simple interest.
If govt wants to pay simple interest then govt must pay its dues prompltly.
