  Ghana government leadership needs to begin instilling maintenance culture into the people and do so by example. They wait for everything to get in the worst of shapes before they try to fix or get a new one. Think the roads, railway lines, stadiums, school buildings, public offices, and yes, even military aircrafts. This type of crash may well have been preventable if the helicopters were just well maintained or replaced.
