GRA pay your debt first and if NIA too owed you, for using your properties, you bill them and collect it. If they dont pay too, you stop them from using your properties. But for now, pay them and stop these nonsense. Every in ...

Where did Mahama find such ignoramuses to run a vital agency like the GRA? So, will GRA pay the "legacy debts" it owes ECG and Ghana Water Company? Or is it looking for a formal agreement with these government agencies first? It seems the new leaders at GRA are among those who do not appreciate the value of digitalization and harbor some "legacy" animosity towards the NIA. It makes one question their fitness for the crucial job entrusted to them.
