The government, Police and the National Road and Traffic Unit should pass this law to avoid deaths and Fatalities on our road since we don't have dual carriage roads in which the trucks and heavy duty cars could have their own lanes.
1. All small and passenger cars should start operating on the road from 5: 00am to 10: 00am Thus five hours, by that time all workers have safely reached their work place.

2. From 10: 00am to 3:00pm All cars on the road as we normally have them, so that means the big cars and heavy duty and cargo cars should start operating from 10: 00am to 3:00pm.
Thus also five hours. So at that 3:00pm All big cars, cargo and heavy duty cars should leave the road temporary and park somewhere from the road.

3. The small cars and passenger cars alone should again only be seen and operating from 3:00pm to 8:00pm, by that time most workers have closed and returning home.

4. 8:00pm to 4:00am, all cars again including the the parked cargo, big cars, heavy duty cars and all passenger cars as we normally see on the road. Thus Eight hours and 4:00am the big cars, cargo, and heavy duty cars park for ITEM 1 cars to operate.
This means that if you are traveling and only want to meet passenger cars and avoid all forms of big and heavy duty cars, you then know the time for that.
Please let us apply it to safe lives and make the road a little free of risks and danger
