Until the laws are set for everyone in the country that’s where many will relics changes heading into the century. Call CIVILIZATION rather than than that forget it. Accra to Kumasi road has taken more than ten thousand lives and still going on because there’s no civilization in Ghana but Corruption lies stealing and many more. Civilized countries appoint a persons but not vote on GFA presidency you all lack of CIVILIZATION.
