  GTEC cannot determine which title people choose to bear as long us such people do not work in tertiary education in Ghana. I'll be glad if GTEC can point to a single section in Act 1023 to prove me wrong. Certainly, fake PhDs ...

  GTEC cannot determine which title people choose to bear as long us such people do not work in tertiary education in Ghana. I'll be glad if GTEC can point to a single section in Act 1023 to prove me wrong. Certainly, fake PhDs should not be tolerated especially in academic institutions, and the media is competent to name and shame such charlatans outside academia. GTEC should focus on its mandate as the regulator of tertiary education in Ghana.
