  This fat lie has been told us since our infancy and I'm surprised it still persists. I'm sure this lie is coming directly from the West, the Aryan Caucasian rascals who manufactured another lie about a decade or so ago that kenkey causes cancer due to aflatoxin that may be found in maize sometimes. The other day I heard them saying that certain fish varieties are not good for us. I'm sure they want us to start importing pink salmon from Europe and America. DAMN!

  Gari comes from cassava right, then they should tell us that eating cassava can cause blindness. Nkwaseasem saa kwa.

  I still have my gari saoakings here in Cambridge. I have eaten gari all my life and still have good eyesight in my mid 60s, though I use reading glasses.
