  With irresponsible clowns defending rogue medical staff and uncultured attitudes within the health service, the authorities will have to continue spending more of our monies to appease victims of medical indiscipline and incompetence. Staff of public facilities who cause these infractions must not only be made to foot part of the fines but they must also be fired forthwith. Most of the people in this country whose taxes are used to pay the salaries of rogue medical staff as well as the fines that ensue from their misdemeanors, cannot even afford to seek medical treatment in these hospitals.
