This guy was a gem. Abedi had the advantages of winning African player of the year over him because of his captaincy which he used to influence Pfister and the gullible media. Abedi cost Ghana a lot for his selfish gains.

It is shallow and pedestrian to assert that Abedi won African Player of the year merely because he was a Captain. No logic in such reasoning. Yeboah was a terrific striker and a football Great in his own right. Abedi was a maestro and a gem and exceptional footballer in his own right. Stop being a hater of Abedi. Stop the envy. Don't be a tribal bigot.

The symmetric (backwards) side if his name is equally great HA O BEY: a laugh when he’s about to score ‘HA’, a ‘O’ like,’Oh I see….’ when opponents’ keepers poise to grab his shots….oh can catch my bulletin; then BEY when his ‘shots’ enter the opponent’s net, BEY ooooo.
