  Excuse me please, Countrymen and women, suppose that Ghana road network is under construction that dosnt mean that Ghana Highway Authorities suppose not to send their Highway patrol team to monitor the Pot holes on the Ghanaian roads. So we wish Minister of roads and highways to command the highway Authorities to see to their Position.
