Nothing will change and the new VAT rate can't bring prizes of goods and services down. 20% VAT rate is still too high for traders to reduce prices in Ghana

Should covid levy and its cascading effect be taken out, we will be getting close to the 20%.
So then GRA has done virtually no work.
Equally the cascading effect of NHIL and Get fund should go then we get 20% which is too ...

2.5%+2.5%+15%= 20%....
Please GRA reduce the some VAT values....

This is not what businesses want,we want the stupid withholding tax scrapped.This doesn't make sense if all businesses are registered and paying their taxes why would you sit in ur office and ask another business man to deduc ...

This is not what businesses want,we want the stupid withholding tax scrapped.This doesn't make sense if all businesses are registered and paying their taxes why would you sit in ur office and ask another business man to deduct from a purchase or payment made to a contractor who have rendered a service while he has also registered his business.can some one explains this system please
