Most Ghanaians are worth nothing overseas and so they are treated like that in abroad. Most influential people of Ghana are only worth their small pride in their small territory and are valueless when travel overseas, because they do create any meaningful globally or contribute significantly to the competitive global world of achievements. It is all because of the mindset of selfishness, greedy, arrogance, wickedness pull-him-down or back-stabbing with hypocrisy and pretense disguised in a false culture of pretended humility that deprive the society of mutual love and unity to progress. They truly know that abolishing the practice of political appointments will surely solve major problems in Ghana and expedite developments by competitive ideas and performance with accountability for all leaders, but by virtue of selfishness, greed, corrupted-mindset, conspiracies and wickedness towards one another, they ignore the ideology or my recommendations and pretend as if they do not even read them. They are the drivers of their own disrespect abroad, because they have accepted to be globally worthless by their lack of integrity and so most people of advanced or developed nations would respect them, despite they try to chase respect. In most developed nations, the white people will respect a leader with bad personal morals, if he or she can solve their problems. In Africa, especially, in Ghana, most citizens respect leaders who cannot solve their problems but can steal from them and pretend to have good morals. That is why most white people can vote for a racist person or a leader charged with multiple crimes but can solve their problems or protect them. The trust in falsely pretended humility among most Ghanaians of hypocrisy one of the reasons why the NPP delegates surprisingly shocked Kennedy Agyapong. It is the same reasons why John Mahama lost the 2016 elections, because most people of Ghana love false humility more than your ability to perform. It is their culture, so, the most criminally-minded politicians pretend to be humble just to enter politics to steal and may never even reveal their arrogance, especially, the most dangerously criminal politicians of heavy thefts like Cecelia Dapaah, Ken Ofori-Atta and John Mahama etc. Who will respect you as judge in Ghana when you visit abroad, if your chief justice can be dismissed with injustice, disgrace and abuse of the law?

The NDC has always been on the collision course with the Judiciary. It didn’t start from today. It started when that criminal Jeremiah John Rawlings seized power and overthrew a democratically elected government in 1981. He first set aside the judiciary and established his kangaroo courts in the country— and he called that illegal court “ the People’s Tribunal.

After that he killed the three High Court Judges in 1982. And as if that’s not enough, do you also remember how John Bull Mahama’s administration trampled down the Judiciary after the supreme court ruled in favor of his 2012 electoral victory over Akufo-Addo?  

Shortly after that the criminal kingpin Mahama called the bluffs on the Supreme Court by allowing his thugs “ those Montie 3 morons to threaten the then Chief Justice Mrs Theodora Woods; that “they would seize her and marry her by force”. Then after the Supreme Court convicted those three morons and sentenced them to serve six months jail time, John Mahama went ahead and released them with executive orders. He pardoned them against the advice of almost all the stake holders, especially the Ghana BAR association, the Ghana Legal Council among many others.   

Even at the time most of the Justices at the Supreme Court were his appointees he refused to give them the due respect, when will the NDC allow the Judiciary to undertake their duties without fear of favor or interference?

Those interested, out of their own will, appeared before the committee to testify in favour of Justice Torkornoo.
Thus, no one mentioned their names or forced them to appear before the committee.
So, "voluntarily" simply means "out of their own will".

The NDC has always been on the collision course with the Judiciary. It didn’t start from today. It started when that criminal Jeremiah John Rawlings seized power and overthrew a democratically elected government in 1981. He first set aside the judiciary and established his kangaroo courts in the country— and he called that illegal court “ the People’s Tribunal.

After that he killed the three High Court Judges in 1982. And as if that’s not enough, do you also remember how John Bull Mahama’s administration trampled down the Judiciary after the supreme court ruled in favor of his 2012 electoral victory over Akufo-Addo?  

Shortly after that the criminal kingpin Mahama called the bluffs on the Supreme Court by allowing his thugs “ those Montie 3 morons to threaten the then Chief Justice Mrs Theodora Woods; that “they would seize her and marry her by force”. Then after the Supreme Court convicted those three morons and sentenced them to serve six months jail time, John Mahama went ahead and released them with executive orders. He pardoned them against the advice of almost all the stake holders, especially the Ghana BAR association, the Ghana Legal Council among many others.   

Even at the time most of the Justices at the Supreme Court were his appointees he refused to give them the due respect, when will the NDC allow the Judiciary to undertake their duties without fear of favor or interference?

These three arms of the government should be independent and operate independently according to the Ghanaian Constitution. Even though the President of Ghana appoints the Chief Justice and other Justices of the Supreme Court, yet the constitution gives them the prerogatives to operate independently. The author of this publication must be drunk to have thought that all readers of his/her write up... would accept it with all the falsehood and propaganda embedded in it...

Kwaku Azar, who has yet to win a single case in court, has taken to social media to engage in a questionable public relations campaign, producing content that lacks substance. His ally, Prempeh—a self-styled activist and political opportunist—has amplified this rhetoric with little credibility. Meanwhile, figures such as journalist Manasseh, seemingly motivated by aspirations of being recognized as the "Best Investigative Journalist," have joined the chorus advocating for the Chief Justice's removal.

For those of us who value discernment and justice, the situation is clear: truth will ultimately prevail, regardless of how long it takes. It is equally disappointing that other justices, who have assumed leadership roles, have failed to take a principled stand against this illegality. Instead, they have chosen to issue rulings that undermine the integrity of the judiciary and the position of Chief Justice Torkornoo. Their silence and complicity in this matter are regrettable and raise serious concerns about the state of judicial independence and accountability.

If any of this post by and on Ghanaweb is true then I say it is good that the Mahama government is bringing an end to everything wrong with the Ghana judiciary.

A paragraph in the article tells us that one of the framers of article 146 believe the articles did not intend for all of the infractions listed to be basis for the removal of a CJ. That so-called dignitary forgot to say so when Charlotte Osei was removed from office as CEO of EC with use of same 146 listed procedures. Another paragraph stated that the committee should have given a copy to the suspended CJ which was also not enumerated in 146 and was not also made available to Charlotte Osei during her removal.

All those who testified on behalf of the suspended CJ had 3 thing in common: character flaw, unprincipled and lacking foresight. They're unprincipled because they did not list same grievances when 2 other females, EOCO boss and EC bosses were let go using same 146 process. They lack foresight for not knowing that the laws they failed to correct could be applied to someone else in the future. They're flawed because they did not see effects of their own actions becoming precedence.

Finally I think think corrective action was desperately needed to reform a judiciary that believed no one, not the president who appoints justices and not the legislators who confirm appointment of judges while the judiciary believes they, however can tell parliament what to do or the president what can and must not be done. They lack foresight judiciary became king kong or emperors who believed they answer to no one but every Ghanaian live by and under their rules.
